This reducer is with input and output shafts arranged in a staggered intersection way, rotates through worm driven by worm screw, transfers power and motion, reduces the high rotation speed to the lower one; with self-locking function and to realize the reverse self-locking under certain conditions. It is characterized by compact structure, large transmission ratio, smooth operation, small size, low noise, strong overload capacity, low transmission power and long life. The worm and worm screw reducer is made of alloy steel and the worm gear of anti-friction material (such as bronze). It is widely used in drive mechanism of metallurgy, mining, lifting, transport, chemical, light, food and other industries.
